Safe haven for refugees and all people seeking safety

We walk alongside refugees and everyone forced to flee their home in search of safety due to persecution and oppression. Some are refused refugee status on a technicality, rather than the credibility of what they have experienced. We support them until they find a path to lasting safety and a new beginning.

Some people fall through the net. LinCoN exists to help them find a way forward.

People forced to flee persecution face long, uncertain journeys to safety. Many find protection, but some fall through the net, including those rejected for refugee status on a technicality rather than their credibility. LinCoN exists to help them all find a way forward.

We work case by case to understand each person's situation, strengthen their case, open pathways to humanitarian resettlement, and connect them with communities ready to welcome them.

How we help people reach safety

Explore the LinCoN Method →
  1. Understand

We talk with each person or family to understand their story and assess the credibility of their experience.

  2. Investigate

We seek documentation that sheds light on what they have experienced, such as newspaper reports, affidavits and police reports.

  3. Rebuild the case

We work with each person to rebuild their case and help them articulate their experience clearly.

  4. Connect to support

We connect people to suitable humanitarian visa pathways, and to the communities and services that help them rebuild.

Safe haven is built together

No single organisation can create safe haven alone. LinCoN brings together communities, businesses, service organisations and government, each playing a distinct role in turning arrival into belonging.
